The plans and their prices
The Platform — $250 (one-time payment): eight weeks of video lessons, worksheets and downloadable resources, guided meditations and breathing practices, journal prompts, gentle self-checks, and the members-only discussion board.
Group Coaching — $850 (one-time payment): everything in The Platform, plus a 45-minute private 1:1 intake with Dr. Wilson in week 1 (booked individually when you sign up) and seven 75-minute live group sessions on Zoom. Both plans run eight weeks and grant the same access to the members area.
All sales are final
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once access to the program is granted.
Coaching, not therapy
This program is supportive coaching and education — not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and not a substitute for a licensed professional. It does not replace therapy or treatment. In a crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
Accounts are personal
Your account is for you alone. Sharing logins is not allowed and can lead to account suspension without refund.
Community rules
What's shared in the circle stays in the circle. Members agree to keep other members' stories and identities confidential, to treat one another with respect, and to conduct themselves with care. We reserve the right to remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Group Coaching — live sessions
Live group sessions meet on Tuesdays, 6–7:15pm ET, beginning in week 2 and running for seven weeks. The 45-minute 1:1 intake in week 1 is booked individually when you sign up. Missed live sessions are not refunded.
Intellectual property
All content is owned by Dr. Jennifer Wilson Coaching and Wellness. See the Copyright page for details.
Limitation of liability
The program is provided as supportive coaching and education. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we'll notify active members by email.
