Who we are and how to contact us
Dr. Jennifer Wilson Coaching and Wellness provides supportive divorce coaching and educational content through The Lotus Circle program and the Lotus app. To ask anything about your privacy, email jen@drjenniferwilson.com.
What we collect and why
- Account information: your full name and email, so we can create and manage your account.
- Payment confirmation: we use a payment provider to process payments. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the plan you purchased — never your card number.
- Program progress: which weeks and lessons you've opened, so your place follows you across devices.
- Login activity: the last time you logged in, to keep your session secure.
- What stays on your device: your self-check answers and your journal entries are stored locally in your own browser or app. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
We never sell or share your data for marketing
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Service providers: the payment processor (to process payments securely), our website/CRM platform (to host your account and send program emails), and Zoom (for live group sessions). They may only use your data to provide that service.
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you logged in to the members area. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. If we add any analytics in the future, we will list them here and update this policy.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account and program progress for as long as your account is active. Payment records are kept as required by law and for our financial record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see below); we will remove it while keeping only the payment records the business must retain by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email jen@drjenniferwilson.com and we will respond promptly.
Security
Your password is encrypted — no one, including our team, can see it. All pages are served over HTTPS. We never see or store your card number; the payment processor handles all card data under their own security standards.
Adults only
The program is for adults 18 and older.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we'll notify active members by email.
